A: We will announce the location of the restaurant prior to the opening day! Part of the fun of going to a pop up is experiencing it for the first time, so we’re keeping the spot secret until then. It is in the heart of Hollywood.
A: Yes food is available. The menu will be posted on Facebook 1 week prior to the April opening.
A: Reservations will open to ticket holders on Feb 20th, 2017.
A: You should receive an email mid February inviting you to the reservation portal, if you do not receive an email please check your spam, if you still haven’t received it please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order info, full name, and contact info and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
A: Each ticket holder will receive an email with login instructions for the reservation portal, where you can make reservations at your designated reservation time. Detailed instructions are available when you log in.
A: Reservation appointments are grouped and determined by the order in which tickets were purchased, first purchased first served. We recommend logging into the reservation portal as soon as you receive your log in to see what it’s all about, and then coming back promptly at your appointment time to make your reservation! The earlier you make your reservation the more available seatings there will be.
A: Yes! After you make your reservations make sure you print each ticket associated and bring them with you to the restaurant! And bring your ID if you’re 21+.
A: You can walk in any day 11pm-2am on a first come first serve basis as space allows. No walk ins prior to 11pm.
A: If you miss your reservation, you forfeit those tickets. No exceptions (just like a concert). If you have to cancel a reservation email us at email@example.com and we will assist you personally.
A: Cancellations are available on a case by case basis so please try make your booking as carefully as you can! If you have to cancel a reservation email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you personally.
A: Unfortunately no, the ticket purchase is non-refundable.
A: Included with your reservation is two drink coupons, a souvenir pint glass, Scum and Villainy challenge coin and two hours of fun & adventure.
A: Yes! Costumes of all kinds are encouraged.
A: Costume weapons will be inspected and tagged at the door, S&V reserves the right to deny or hold any costume or costume accessory.
